Guidelines

Presentation Location:

The Agriculture, Forestry and Horticulture World Conference (AFHWC) 2025, organized by Precision Global Conferences, will take place at the Millennium Hotel CDG in Paris. The conference will begin promptly at 08:50 AM with an opening ceremony, followed by keynote addresses, speaker presentations, and poster sessions. Please make sure to arrive at the venue ahead of time to ensure you are ready when the conference starts.
 

Abstract Submission Guidelines:
 

  • All abstracts must be submitted electronically via email before the submission deadline.
  • Ensure your submission includes the author’s name, abstract title, email address, the relevant scientific session, and the format of the presentation (oral or poster).
  • Submissions should be written in clear, concise American English to help reviewers focus on the scientific content.
  • There is no restriction on the number of abstracts an individual may submit.
  • Each abstract should be submitted only once. Duplicate submissions under different titles or author names will not be accepted.
     

Abstract Review and Selection:
 

  • Abstracts must be no longer than 250 words, including references.
  • Submissions will be reviewed by an international panel of experts in relevant fields. Reviewers will evaluate each abstract based on their areas of expertise and are expected to complete their reviews within three days.
  • Authors will be notified of the status of their abstract after the review process.
     

On-Site Registration:
 

  • Registration will open at 08:00 AM on 19th October 2025 at the Millennium Hotel CDG, Paris.
  • Upon checking in, you will receive your conference badge, folder, abstract book, and program.
  • The registration desk will be staffed by coordinators who can assist you with any questions.
  • Lunch vouchers will be provided during registration. Please present them to the restaurant staff when collecting your lunch.
     

Speaker Guidelines:
 

  • Speakers are expected to be present for the entirety of their session.
  • Each speaker will be allotted a 20-minute presentation slot. Please adhere to this time limit.
  • Presentations should be delivered in English.
  • Ensure your presentation slides are clear and easy to read and submitted in either PPT or PDF format.
  • Submit your presentation via email at least 15 days before the conference.
  • Test your presentation in advance to ensure it functions properly.
  • The conference room will have a laptop, projector, slide pointer, and sound system, so there’s no need to bring your own laptop.
  • Personal laptops are not allowed for presentations due to technical setup requirements. If you experience any issues, contact the organizing team.
  • Please follow all instructions from the organizing committee for smooth execution.
     

Poster Guidelines:
 

  • As outlined in the final program, posters should be mounted on designated boards at least one hour before the scheduled start of the poster session.
  • Poster dimensions: 1 meter wide by 1 meter high.
  • Posters must be printed and brought to the conference. On-site printing will not be available.
  • Collect your poster by the end of the day. Uncollected posters will be discarded.
     

Virtual Presentation Guidelines:
 

  • Virtual presentations allow participants to present remotely from home or the office.
  • Registered participants will receive a meeting invite and a personalized user ID for webinar access a few days before the event.
  • Join the meeting 30 minutes before your session to resolve any potential technical issues.
  • Presentations should last 20-25 minutes. We recommend a 17-19-minute presentation, leaving time for introductions and Q&A.
  • Ensure your presentation slides are open on your device, and be prepared to share your screen when the meeting begins.
  • If you prefer to submit a pre-recorded presentation, please send the video and PowerPoint slides at least 10 days before the event.
     

Certification:
 

  • Attendees will receive a certificate with their name and affiliation. If you have any changes or specific requests, please contact us at least one month before the conference.
  • All attendees will be granted a Continuing Professional Development (CPD) certificate to acknowledge their commitment to professional development.
  • At the end of the conference, the session chair or co-chair will distribute certificates to each participant.
  • The e-certificates will be emailed within 2-3 working days following the conference's conclusion.
  • Please be aware that co-authors who have not registered for the conference will not qualify for a certificate.

The recipient of this award will receive a certificate acknowledging their valuable contribution to advancing research in agriculture, forestry, and horticulture.
 
Best Poster Presentation Award
 
The Best Poster Presentation Award will be given to the participant whose poster exemplifies scientific excellence, visual clarity, and relevance to current practices in preventive medicine. This award highlights the importance of effectively presenting research in an accessible, informative, and visually appealing manner.
 
Criteria for Best Poster Presentation:
 
• Innovation and relevance to the field of preventive medicine
• Visual appeal and clarity of poster design
• Ability to engage with attendees and communicate complex ideas clearly
• Well-defined objectives and key findings
 
The winner of the Best Poster Presentation award will receive a certificate recognizing their outstanding research and contribution to advancing research in agriculture, forestry, and horticulture.
 
How to Compete
 
All accepted presenters, whether submitting an oral or poster presentation, will automatically be considered for these prestigious awards. Expert judges will assess each submission based on the outlined criteria.
