Biography

Dr. Junpeng Niu is an assistant researcher at Shaanxi Normal University, China. His research interests include fruit postharvest storage and preservation biotechnology, plant stress physiology, and seed dormancy and germination. Dr. Niu has focused on the quality postharvest storage of fruits, explored the mechanisms of seed dormancy and germination in horticultural crops, and conducted research on alfalfa stress tolerance. He has published 36 papers in SCI academic journals as the first or corresponding author in these related research areas.
