Prof. Mazen Ahmad Eid Ateyyat is an expert in Integrated Pest Management (IPM), Pesticides, and Biological Control, with extensive experience in academia, research, and consultancy. Currently, he serves as the Vice Dean of Graduate Studies at the Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Al-Balqa Applied University, where he oversees academic programs and research development.
He holds pivotal roles, including Chairman of the Permanent Technical Committee of Pesticides at the Jordan Standards and Metrology Organization (2022–present) and Head of the Scientific Research Committee (2019–2020, 2023–present).
Previously, Prof. Ateyyat served as a Consultant for Pesticide Issues at the Ministry of Environment, Water, and Agriculture in Saudi Arabia and held leadership positions such as University Board Member and Chairman of the Biotechnology Department. His career reflects a steadfast commitment to advancing sustainable agriculture and pest management practices.
