Biography

Dr. Rictibert C. Pamunag is a Senior Science Research Specialist at the Department of Agriculture – Region IX and National Program Coordinator of the SCALE-UP program. He oversees program implementation nationwide, coordinating with DA-BAR and regional offices to ensure objectives are met. His expertise lies in Soil Science and Agronomy, focusing on carbon footprints, soil health, and crop production. He holds a PhD in Soil Science from Central Mindanao University and an MS in Agronomy from UPLB. Concurrently, he leads the Research Specialist Pool Unit, managing agricultural experts across various fields.
