Professor Sarsekova Dani is the dean of the Faculty of Forestry and Land Resources at the Kazakh National Agrarian Research University (Almaty, Republic of Kazakhstan). She is a Doctor of Agricultural Sciences and a professor in forestry. Area of scientific research: forest plantations, renewable energy sources, carbon sequestration by forest plantations, mycorrhization of woody plant seedlings, agroforestry.
Author of more than 250 publications, with an H-index of 5. She is also a scholarship holder of “Bolashak” International Program and holder of the title “Best University Teacher” of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2013).
