Registration Includes
For In-Person Attendees:
• Access to all conference sessions and poster presentations

• Certification of participation from the Organizing Committee
Note: Attendees registered under the “Delegate/Listener” or “Accompanying” categories are not eligible to present research in oral or poster sessions.
• Delegate/Listener is allowed to attend all the conference sessions.
• The accompanying person fee is solely for issuing an invitation and visa support letter and does not include conference access.
For Virtual Participants:
• Opportunity to be present at the conference remotely, from home or work
• Access to all presentations
• Digital Abstract Book and Program
• E-Certificate for both Presentation and Participation

Visa Information:
• Participants are responsible for obtaining their own visa for the conference. The organizer (Precision Global Conferences) does not handle visa applications or approvals. However, we are happy to assist by providing a Visa Cover Letter to support your application.
Eligibility for Visa Cover Letter:
• The applicant must be officially registered for the conference, with confirmed registration or payment receipt.
• The applicant must possess a valid passport with at least 6 months of validity beyond the return date.
Refund/Cancellation Policy:
• Cancellations must be submitted via email to the Conference Secretary.
• Cancellations made 120 days or more before the conference will incur a deduction of up to $200 on administrative fees.
• Cancellations within 100 days of the event are non-refundable but can be transferred to a future event.
• Registrations are transferable until October 19, 2025. Transfers are not permitted after this date.
• Refunds will be processed within 60 days of receiving the cancellation request.
Note: Refunds/Cancellations are not applicable if the conference is postponed due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, force majeure, or other uncontrollable events. Participants may transfer their registration and accommodation fees to future editions or related conferences in such cases.
Terms and Conditions:
• By registering for the conference, you accept the terms and conditions set by the organizers.
• The organization reserves the right to alter the program, dates, or venue without prior notice.
• The organization will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from changes to the event, such as substitution, modification, postponement, or cancellation, due to factors beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, labor disputes, terrorism, strikes, or acts of war.
• The organization may cancel the conference if necessary for unavoidable or unforeseen reasons, and in such cases, the organizer will incur no liability.
• If the conference is postponed, existing registration remains valid for the rescheduled event or future editions. No refund policy applies in this scenario.
• In the event of cancellation, the organization will provide alternative arrangements, such as publishing updates on the event website for attendees.
• Participants are advised to check the website for updates regularly.
• The organizers will not be held responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event.
